‘Arulmigu Veerakumaraswamy ThaerthThiruvizhu 2012’ was started on February 20 with ShivaRathiri .
Notably it is the 129th cart festival.
As on February 20th many people preferably went to temples rather than shops and so the strength of them were also low, since it started on Monday.
On February 21, normal strength was observed and our cart was chained by the people
This festival leads up to 7th of march 2012 and the chaining of cart finishes by Feb24,Friday .
